Lawrence Levy, CEMB, president of EMBS, has been involved in information technology for the past 25 years. Working both in the corporate world and as owner of his own business, Mr. Levy has acquired extensive experience in understanding and meeting customer needs. He has developed relational database programs, developed and implemented software training programs, managed staff, and overseen projects and compliance. He is a member of the Electronic Medical Billing Network of America (EMBN) and has received certification as an electronic medical biller from EMBN and as a qualified third party billing service from the State of New Jersey Department of Banking & Insurance. He keeps apprised of industry standards and enjoys taking on new challenges.  Mr. Levy uses an electronic data interchange clearinghouse to bring an additional level of quality control to the claims submissions process.
